Here is my Final 40 second piece. I decided to simplify the character design to fit the story and to also change the story slightly so that it would be easier to animate. The story is based around a magic head that represents three object's one being a ball another being the weight of a boulder and the last being a balloon. Also there are three walks the first is a normal walk, the second is a fast run and the last is a sneak. I hope you enjoy.

Here is a rough animatic for my 40 second animation. The Idea is based around a magic bag with various objects coming out of them, including a ball, a balloon which burst's and a kite. The character's task is to fly away in the air with help from the magic bag. Unfortunately I decided not to continue with this as the character design and animation was to complicated. So I had to simplify the animation.

This is my second walk cycle, I've decided to challenge myself a bit and do a sneak cycle. I think it works well and I enjoyed drawing this more then the normal walk.

Character lip synce

Hi everyone this is my first character lip sync. Although at the end I think the mouth movement is slightly out of time on when the character say's the word not, But I think the rest fit's well at the beginning.

I decided that the voice would belong to a mouse, so I started to draw a few character designs. Here we have the final design for the character. Character lip sync will be on here soon.......

I thought the voice of the character would maybe belong to a elderly lady. Here are some character designs of  her. Still I decided this didn't work as I believe the she look to harsh for a squeaky voice.
